How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. Upon payment verification, we will email you the tracking number for your parcel once it has been shipped.

How long can I expect to receive my purchase?

After placing your order, you will receive the product in approximately 4 to 5 working days. If your purchase is intended as a gift, please include any special requests in the checkout notes (subject to feasibility).

 

I encountered technical issues with my order. What should I do?

What are the payment modes do you accept?
Currently we accept debit and credit cards with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Unionpay, JCB, Diners, Maestro.

 

Can I cancel, return or exchange my products?
Unfortunately we do not accept any cancellation, returns or exchange of products once the order has been processed. However, if you have any other concerns on the products, do kindly write to us via our contact form or to corporate@laterra.sg.
